We are starting to turn on shipping, we appreciate your patience as we do this! If you see an item you would like shipped that is not set up yet, please let us know on the contact us page - we will make sure it is shipped to you!
Your order will be shipped out as soon as possible, within 48 hours (weekend orders may not ship until Monday).
Arrival times will vary, based on the shippers policies.
We only ship within Canada, please ensure your address is correct when filling out your order.
We are offering free standard shipping on orders over $150, this offer is a limited time only offer.
Your billing address must matching your credit card address.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders that have multiple items may arrived on separate dates.
Returns are accepted, see our return policy. Please use the contact us page to start the process, all return costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you feel there is a manufacturer defect with your product, please use the contact us page to start the process on a claim. Claims are reviewed by the manufacturer.
Please note we are a small store and sometimes there is only one size left of an item. If a client has purchased the item in store at the same time an online order has taken place, the in store purchase will supersede the online order. The online order will be cancelled with our apologies.
If there is an inventory error and your order is not available, your order will be cancelled with our apologies.
